Here at Smart AT we are a team of professional accountants and bookkeepers that have been working in accountancy for 13 years, so we have strong academic skills to help your business grow. We came up with the idea of Smart AT to give businesses a smarter way of finding flexible but qualitative accounting, bookkeeping and payroll services. Our services have also been manifested in such a way that we can also support other accountancy firms to outsource their accounting and bookkeeping.

Choose Your Own Quote 

You can submit your own quotation for the services you require by completing four simple steps which are: 

1  Register your business details 

2  Choose your required services 

3  Select an appropriate time slot and date for the accountant that is required. You can book recurring slots if needed. 

4  Review our proposed quotation, to which you can either accept or provide us your own quotation. You will have great discount either way.

Your Own Unique Dashboard

Each of our clients will have their own unique Smart AT dashboard when they sign up. With a single sign-in feature you can access multiple accounts, but still keep them separate with separate dashboards. Your unique dashboard has the following: 

1 Share Referral Code - this option is available within the my account section, to send your unique code to friends and family. You will receive a great lifetime network commission for each referral. You can read more about our network commission on home page.

2  Manage Bookings  - amend, view or delete a booking as per your needs. You can also submit your review about our service

3 Messaging – contact us directly through the messaging option 

4 My Drive – you can upload all essential and non essential documents required for specific bookings for your accountant to view. You can categorising the documents uploaded to keep everything organised as per your convenience. You can also amend, view, download and delete documentation in the drive as well

5 Shared Drive - you can view, download and delete documents uploaded by your appointed accountant for specific bookings.

At Smart AT we are continually enhancing our features and functionality to improve our services for all of our customers, and we are currently looking at new innovations that will allow an even more efficient service and workflow, for all of your accounting and bookkeeping needs. 

Having a platform that is accessible 24/7 allows our clients to effectively manage their affairs and finance to comply with government requirements. Hosted on our own server our clients have peace of mind that their data is in safe hands with Smart AT, and at no point will it be shared with any third parties. This is to ensure the boundaries of GDPR are adhered to at all costs.

From providing a service that can be given remotely from anywhere in the world, through to on site support working with your internal team, Smart AT offers stability and guidance across a wide range of services within this sector, which can allow you to focus on the most important factor - running your business. If you would prefer to work with us remotely we can offer a 20% discount off your quotation. You can manage your bookings online at any time via our web or app platform, as well as essential data that’s needed for important HMRC documentation such as tax returns. 

For those who need regular support we have packages available where you can choose a selection of services bundled together, to best suit your business requirements. If there is a package that you require that has services within it that you don’t need, get in touch and we can tailor something more bespoke just for you. Talking of bespoke, when it comes to getting a quote for specific services, if you’re not happy with the quote provided you can negotiate your ideal price with us, simply by submitting your ideal cost for the services you need through the Smart AT portal. At which point one of our experts will be in touch to discuss this further. 

We know how much difference our smart services can make to individuals and businesses alike and we encourage you to spread the word to your friends and families. In fact if you were to refer someone to us we will reward you with a 5-10% network commission off the referral clients invoice. This can be in the form of a bank transfer, or if you would prefer we can credit your Smart AT account for future redemption. Payment will be rewarded once payment has been received from the referred client. Our network commission is available on a lifetime basis, so as long as the referral client continues to do business with us, you will continue to receive commission. The client you introduced will also receive a one-off commission on their first invoice issued by us.
